Definition of the problem:
Up-to-date economic data for organic farming along the supply chain are scattered in a number of different publications, often not focused on organic farming. To collect these data for research projects, extension or other uses constitutes a considerable effort.
Project aims including target group:
Present and analyse relevant and up-to-date economic data along the supply chain of organic products for farmers, extension, researchers and other people interested in organic farming.
Identify and discuss current and future trends in organic farming, market and agricultural policy.
Results, conclusion, state of the art:
First year book published in June 05
