Summary
Gemäss Milchqualitätsverordnung hat der Bund an der ALP ein Nationales Referenzlabor (NRL) für analytische Untersuchungen der Verkehrsmilch und der Milchprodukte zu unterhalten. Das NRL wurde im letzten Arbeitsprogramm aufgebaut und von der EU anerkannt. Die Anerkennung in der milchwirtschaftlichen Praxis basiert auf Forschungsarbeiten und einem bedürfnisorientierten Angebot an Referenzanalytik, Proficiency Testings und Referenzmaterial. Dadurch ist die Sicherstellung der Exportfähigkeit von Milch und Milchprodukten auf der analytisch-technischen Ebene garantiert.
