Summary

It covers 50 ha of which 32 ha is actually available for research and education purposes. The remaining 18 ha consist of permanent pastures and nature. Droevendaal is a mixed farm aiming at a closed cycle. The herd comprises of 65 bull calves from Aver Heino, Centre for Organic Farming, for the production of 'organic young beef'.
