Summary
Le carpocapse est le ravageur-clé en arboriculture.
Le choix limité des produits phytosanitaires contre le carpocapse favorise le développement de résistances envers ces produits.
Les méthode de contrôle biologique (confusion, virus) qui les remplacent sont encore plus chères et plus difficiles à appliquer. De nouvelles méthodes sont développées et de nouveaux produits apparaissent sur le marché.
D'autres ravageurs peuvent occasionnellement créer des problèmes régionaux et doivent être combattus.
