Summary

Summary translation

Universities have two well-known core missions: Research and Teaching. In addition, a third mission has developed due to the increasing demands of civil society and businesses. This includes activities at the interface of university-practice and thus expands the range of services offered by universities. Nevertheless, the evaluation and visualization of these activities is still in its infancy: What contribution does transfer projects make to practice? What influence does it have on the innovation process? From the point of view of student project work, this should be considered as an example in the study program "Organic Agriculture and Marketing” (B. Sc.) at university of sustainable development Eberswalde.
