Summary
In Lower Saxony a nature conservation advisory service especially for organic farmers has been offered. This service was evaluated in the project. The advice is based upon the needs and the interests of the farmers. A lot of measures have been implemented successfully on their farms. Besides implementing such advisory services all over the country it is needed to improve the concept, especially by developing model farms as case studies by using participatory concepts in order to develop nature and landscapes on farm level.
