Summary
Az ökológiai zöldségtermesztés egyik legkedveltebb kultúrája a paradicsom. Alapvető elvárás, hogy az ökológiai termesztésből származó bioparadicsom konvencionális terményekhez viszonyított magasabb árát a jobb minősége és íze tegye indokolttá. Kiadványunkban a professzionális ökológiai paradicsomtermesztést segítő legfontosabb termesztéstechnológiai és minőségbiztosítási információkat foglaltuk össze. Minden fejezet elején ismertetjük az általános tudnivalókat, majd külön-külön taglaljuk a szabadföldi és hajtatott termesztés egyes technológiai elemeit.
Summary translation
The most popular culture of the organic vegetable production is tomato. A fundamental requirement is that the higher price of the ecologically cultivated tomatoes - compared to the conventionally produced crops - would be reasonable due to their better quality and taste. In our brochure we summarized the professional organic tomato production's most important information about the appropriate technologies and quality assurance. In each chapter we present the general things to know first and after it we discuss separately several technological elements of the outdoor and the forced cultivation.
