Summary

This report documents the storage stability at -18°C for more than 1 year for 4 different formulations made from 8 selected plants.
The formulations are: "raw, blended"; "blended and pasteurised at 92°C"; "freeze-dried powder" and "oven-dried powder".
The antimcrobial effect was tested in a broth based lab test system using 3 different bacteria (salmonella, E. coli and L. monocytogenes). In general the antimicrobial effect was preserved for more than one year (up to 1,5 year) for all formulations.
