Summary

A general lecture on organic goals and principles regarding research. How to utilise principles of organic farming among research groups as well as among farmers, advisors, educators and students. The introduction of initiates from DARCOF preparing a discussion document, which treats some of the fundamental principles and values of the organic movement and analyses the use of different technologies in organic farming and food processing is the startint point for discussion.
