Summary
Grasklaver en lucerne zijn aantrekkelijke gewassen in een
akkerbouwrotatie vanwege gunstige effecten op de bodemvruchtbaarheid. Met de verkoop van de producten gaat echter een flink deel aan bodemvruchtbaarheid en mineralen het erf af. Door deze 'maaimeststoffen' direct te benutten kan dit voorkomen worden.
Summary translation
Grass clover and lucerne are attractive arable crops in a rotation because of beneficial effects on soil fertility. However, by selling those products a large part of soil minerals and fertility leaves the farm. By using 'cut-and-carry' this can can be prevented.
