Summary
Organic is the fastest growing sector of the food industry with global sales approaching US $40 billion in 2006.
Growing health-consciousness among consumers globally has resulted in high demand for Fresh and more importantly Processed Organic Food.
This value-addition can generate large number of jobs in rural areas in India and Africa.
