Summary
Im ökologischen Kartoffelbau gilt die Kraut- und Knollenfäule als wichtigste Ursache für die starken Ertragsschwankungen in der Praxis - aufgrund der Zusammenhänge zwischen der N-Ernährug und dem Verlauf des Knollenwachstums sind die Ursachen für die Ertragsschwankungen in der Praxis jedoch häufig sehr viel komplexer.
